Job summary

NANA Regional Corporation seeks a Grants Compliance and Capacity Building Manager to oversee post-award grant management, compliance, and reporting for all awarded grants within the NANA region.

In this role, you will develop competitive funding proposals, build grant management capacity, and coordinate support across tribal governments, communities, and regional partners. Travel may be required to support stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education and experience: bachelor's degree and five to seven years in grant administration or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in grant compliance, reporting, and budget coordination.
• Strong leadership, project management, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with multiple grant requirements and maintain audit-ready files.
• Lead preparation and submission of programmatic and financial reports.
• Monitor grant expenditures and coordinate budget modifications with Finance.
• Develop procedures, templates, and tools for stronger grant management.
• Provide technical assistance and capacity building across the region.
• Coordinate development, review, and submission of grant proposals and narratives.
• Engage stakeholders to align opportunities with organizational priorities.
