Mosaic Contractors is seeking a Home Provider in Arizona to welcome and support an individual with intellectual disabilities, helping them feel safe, valued, and connected.

You’ll work from home, provide daily living assistance, attend appointments, and help build independence within your household. Mosaic supports providers with training and a caring team, matching based on interests and needs.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be a current resident of Arizona.
• Own/rent your own home, apartment, condo, or townhouse.
• Active homeowner’s or renter’s insurance.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current vehicle insurance.
• Internet access and basic computer skills.
• Ability to complete required screenings, background checks, and training.

• Location: Must reside in Glendale, Peoria, or Phoenix , AZ (Must own or rent your current home)
• Supporting: You are welcoming an individual with an intellectual disability to move into your home and live with you full-time as a part of your household and family dynamic
• Average Annual Income: Approximately $42,500 (federally tax-free)

Experience is preferred but not required.
