Job summary

Class LTD in Columbus, KS is seeking a Full-time Shared Living Coordinator. You will serve as the primary contact for Shared Living services, oversee records, conduct monthly site visits, and ensure compliance with KDADS and local agencies.

The role requires independence and teamwork, with a 40+ hour week, competitive benefits, pre-employment testing, and the ability to travel within the four counties served. Training is provided and a supportive, family atmosphere is emphasized.

Qualifications

• Experience in care coordination or social services preferred.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and pass background checks.
• Valid driver's license and insurable driver status.
• Willingness to travel across Cherokee, Crawford, Bourbon and Neosho counties.
• Evening/weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit Shared Living homes and monitor contracts.
• Visit homes monthly to ensure quality services.
• Maintain SL home database and training records.
• Coordinate with KDADS, CDDO, and CLASS staff.
• Train new SLCs on required paperwork.
