Creative Works is seeking a Shared Living Coordinator in Lewiston, ME. This full-time role supports a team managing Shared Living Programs for individuals with IDD. The coordinator mentors providers, conducts home visits, and ensures documentation and compliance with agency policies.

The position requires strong writing, communication, and organizational skills, with a Monday–Friday day schedule and the ability to travel as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must have professional writing skills for documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with development, management, and oversight of multiple Shared Living Programs.
• Mentor and train Shared Living Providers.
• Maintain timely documentation of home visits and contacts.
