Class LTD in Columbus, KS seeks a Coach/Direct Support Professional - Sub/PRN to assist individuals with disabilities, provide companionship, help with daily living tasks, and support independence in employment and home settings.

Responsibilities include monitoring health, safety, recording medications, transportation to appointments, and acting as a caring role model. Training is provided; able to lift 50 lbs and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must have a current driver's license and be deemed an insurable driver.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and assist with daily living activities.
• Pass a background check; prior care experience preferred but not required.
