Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in game development with production/coordination roles.
• Experience tracking features against schedules, backlog, dependencies.
• Facilitating Agile rituals (stand-ups, planning, retrospectives).
• Proficiency with Jira/Confluence or equivalent.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Clear, timely written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
• Business fluency in Mandarin and English.

• Keep roadmaps, schedules, backlog, and milestones aligned with the project roadmap.
• Ensure Jira/Confluence workflows are followed and hand-offs timely.
• Lead daily production rituals: stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews and retrospectives.
• Maintain live risk, blocker, and dependency logs; escalate when needed.
• Provide regular status updates and capture post-milestone learnings.
