You will partner with designers, artists, and engineers, oversee risk management, and lead process improvements to sustain team velocity.

You will mentor teammates, foster cross-disciplinary collaboration, and report to the Director, Game Production, while shaping the studio’s development practices

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of game development project or program management experience.
• Experience coordinating design, art and engineering teams across projects.
• Ability to set and maintain long-term project roadmaps and execution plans.
• Experience designing and optimizing development processes using Agile/Lean methods.
• Ability to manage cross-team risks and dependencies with clear trade-offs.
