Job summary

Riot Games in Los Angeles seeks a Senior Game Product Manager for an unannounced R&D project. You will define strategic plans and translate them into clear direction, then operationalize development to deliver outcomes.

You report to the Director of Game Product Management of the initiative. You will lead cross-functional teams, craft live operations strategies, and partner with insights and analytics to validate hypotheses with player signals.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience, of which 3+ in a Product Management or Strategy role.
• Deep understanding of game development, live service games, and go-to-market pathways.
• 3+ years of cross-functional team leadership with strong teamwork and stakeholder management.
• Ability to solve complex and ambiguous problems using first-principles thinking.
• Experience conceptualizing, designing, and shipping core gameplay systems.
• Familiarity with Revenue Strategy, Engagement Systems, Gameplay Mechanics, Live Service Lifecycle, Analytics, and Research.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of player needs to drive vision, strategy, and roadmaps for core gameplay mechanics.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver player-focused gameplay elements and live operations strategies.
• Maintain audience empathy to inform opportunity spaces in competitive PvP genres.
