Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience, including 3+ years in a Product Management or Strategy role.
• Deep knowledge of game development, live service games, and how games get to market.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional teams with strong collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Ability to use first-principles thinking and generate decision frameworks.
• Experience designing and shipping core gameplay systems.
• Familiarity with Revenue Strategy, Engagement Systems, Gameplay Mechanics and Experiences, Live Service & Lifecycle Management, Analytics, and Research.

Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of player needs and translate it into the vision, strategy, and roadmap for core gameplay mechanics and systems.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver player-focused gameplay elements including progression, gameplay dynamics, and live-ops.
• Maintain audience empathy to identify opportunity spaces, especially in competitive PvP genres.
• Contribute to the live operations strategy and ensure team work streams align with the game plans.
• Operationalize impact by aligning team efforts with the overall product strategy and production.
• Collaborate with insights, research, and analytics to ensure development is hypothesis-driven and measurable.
