Job summary

The 92nd Street Young Men and Young Women Hebrew Associatio is seeking a Program Coordinator to support Shababa and family initiatives within the Bronfman Center. The role blends operational, administrative, and creative duties to deliver joyful, music-centered experiences for families with young children.

You will manage registrations, coordinate events, and assist with communications, social media content, and production needs, while ensuring excellent patron service and program quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in children's programming or family engagement settings.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Jewish holidays, culture, or Hebrew language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational on-site support for Shababa programs and events.
• Coordinate event logistics, room setups, supplies, and equipment.
• Greet families, handle check-in, and troubleshoot program needs.
• Support planning and execution of Jewish Family Life programs and holidays.
• Maintain program files, inventories, and digital media assets.
• Communicate with musicians, vendors, and internal teams.
