Responsibilities

• Provide operational on-site support for Shababa programs and special events, ensuring welcoming, engaging, and well-organized experiences for children and their caregivers.
• Coordinate event logistics, including room setups, supplies, activities, program materials, musical equipment, and program execution.
• Greet families, oversee event check-in, serve as a primary point of contact, and anticipate program needs, troubleshooting logistical challenges, and ensuring smooth execution of concurrent programs.
• Set up and break down program spaces, musical equipment, crafts, and event materials.
• Support year-round Shababa programming, including weekly, holiday, seasonal, and special events, and coordinate follow-up to continuously improve the patron experience.
