Shorashim Hebrew School seeks a dynamic part-time Program Administrator to support our joyful, relationship-centered learning community. We foster Jewish identity and belonging through a unique Montessori-inspired approach using art, music, and theater. The ideal candidate is warm, creative, and passionate about our mission. The Program Administrator will manage Hebrew School operations in partnership with the Co-Directors of Education and the Shorashim Hebrew School Parent Committee.
A proven leader in Jewish education with strong experience in administration, budgeting, staff supervision, and program management. An excellent communicator and collaborator, skilled at building relationships with parents, clergy, and leadership teams. Proficient in educational technology and school management software.
This is a flexible, mostly remote position requiring approximately 10 hours/week during the school year and 5 hours/week during breaks. On-site presence is needed for one Sunday session per month, special events, and occasional evening meetings.
Salary commensurate with experience, between $25-$35/hr.
