Job summary

Linde plc in Houston, TX is launching a 12-month professional development program in Safety, Health & Environment (SH&E) designed to build technical and leadership capabilities through on-the-job experiences, mentoring, and formal training.

Program participants will support SH&E program implementation across manufacturing and distribution facilities, conduct risk assessments and incidents investigations, and collaborate with site leadership to promote a strong safety culture while ensuring

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental Science, EHS, or related field.
1–2 years’ work experience, including internships in degree areas.
Familiarity with OSHA regulations and environmental compliance.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Support SH&E program implementation across facilities and operations.
Conduct workplace safety assessments, risk evaluations, and incident investigations.
Track corrective actions and support environmental compliance activities.
Participate in SH&E projects aimed at risk reduction and well-being.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve safety and operations.
Build relationships with internal stakeholders and regulators to meet SH&E objectives.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and company safety and environmental requirements.
