Job summary

Linde plc in Twinsburg, Ohio, is seeking a Safety & Compliance Leader to ensure site adherence to OSHA PSM, EPA RMP, and the company’s loss prevention systems. The role backs up the Site Security Officer and drives safety meetings, training, and incident investigations across the plant.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least five years in industry, and familiarity with industrial safety programs. Health benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or applicable experience.
• Minimum five (5) years industry experience.
• Experience with OSHA Process Safety Management is required.
• Experience with EPA RMP is required.
• Prior participation with industrial safety organizations such as ASSP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site compliance with Linde Loss Prevention System, OSHA PSM, and EPA RMP.
• Back up Site Security Officer role and participate in annual DHS Security Inspection.
• Coordinate and lead plant Safety Meetings with defined topics and presentations.
• Investigate root causes of incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain training records, SDS files, and environmental permits and reporting obligations.
• Collaborate with managers to keep employees current on training and compliance requirements.
