Job summary

Second Avenue is seeking a Renovations and Turns Specialist in Tampa, FL. The role focuses on creating rehab and turn scopes from underwriting budgets, coordinating with national providers, and ensuring timely, cost-effective operations.

Strong construction knowledge and organizational skills are essential. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in residential construction/renovation, advanced computer skills (Outlook/Word/Excel/SharePoint), and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of residential construction/renovation experience required.
• Experience in CapEx rehabs/turns preferred.
• Knowledge of budgeting, scopes, and job costing.

Responsibilities

• Create rehab and turn scopes based on budgets.
• Coordinate with national service providers for timely ops.
• Review and approve SOWs from third parties.
• Maintain knowledge of safety rules, codes, and regulations.
• Oversee rehab/turn operations and reporting to clients.
