Job summary

SFR3/American Avenue is seeking an Associate Owner’s Representative to oversee nationwide renovation quality. You will act as the eyes and ears of the fund, coaching teams, and ensuring every home meets SFR3 standards. The role requires hands-on trades experience, ownership mindset, and strong organizational skills.

You’ll travel daily, supervise ongoing work, and use handheld devices to document progress. Compensation includes base salary, bonus potential, and benefits; ownership-driven success

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of renovation/construction experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Knowledge of local and national building/property management codes.
• Experience in real estate or home inspection is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs across trades.
• Travel daily within the metro to various homes.
• Conduct property inspections and secure homes; complete vacancy/wellness checks.
• Manage move-in/out meetings and turnovers; oversee renovations to ensure standards.
• Mentor renovation managers and set high performance expectations.
• Document property conditions using handheld tech and maintain audit trails.
