SFR3 Fund is expanding its field operations team in the Cincinnati metro. You will scope light turns and RKOs, verify work on-site, and jump in hands-on to keep projects moving toward rent-ready completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in field renovations or heavy-touch construction.
• Strong ability to scope, plan, and verify workmanship.
• Excellent communication with vendors, housing authorities, and team members.
• Able to manage budgets and prioritize tasks in a remote, fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on with willingness to do heavy labor when needed.

Responsibilities

• Scope light turns and RKOs accurately with budget considerations.
• Verify on-site workmanship for scope adherence and safety.
• Coach and mentor PEs and vendors to improve quality.
• Coordinate with GM to prioritize tasks and resolve issues.
• Own relationships with vendors and manage a portfolio of homes.
