Job summary

SFR3 LLC is seeking an on-site OR to drive light turn scoping and on-the-ground renovation work across our portfolio. You will verify work, coach field crews, and ensure timely, quality completions while collaborating closely with the General Manager and vendors.

This role blends hands-on field execution with strong coordination, budgeting, and tenant interaction. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced field environment and willing to take ownership of a portfolio of homes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on field renovation experience in light turns and repairs.
• Ability to scope and communicate clear budgets and scopes.
• Strong vendor coordination and site safety awareness.
• Willingness to perform hands-on tasks and mentor others.

Responsibilities

• Scope light turns and RKOs with accuracy and speed.
• Verify scope adherence, craftsmanship, and safety on sites.
• Coach PEs and vendors to improve quality and consistency.
• Maintain relationships with GMs, vendors, inspectors, and tenants.
• Own vendor relationships and portfolio-wide project progress.
