Responsibilities

• Manage day to day bar operations on site in all SFO locations.
• Support corporate team in new openings in hub.
• Support new and existing bar technologies.
• Create a culture of safe and responsible service.
• Implement safety and sanitation practices.
• Achieve budgetary, quality and service standards across locations.
• Ensure program compliance and manage liquor selection.
• Coach staff to adhere to recipes and portion controls.
• Develop SOP training plans with coordinators.
• Collaborate with Beverage Operations on performance gaps and improvements.
• Monitor and audit against policy and premium sales.
