Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Builder-Associate on the Marketing Execution team in Columbus, OH. You will design and implement omni-channel customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver personalized experiences across channels.

You will code responsive HTML email templates, collaborate with Marketing to ensure timely, cohesive campaigns, and contribute to ongoing automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Segment or CDP platforms.
• Expertise with Journey Builder to create engaging customer experiences.
• Strong HTML email template design and responsive coding skills.
• Knowledge of omni-channel journey design and implementation.
