Job summary

Global Business Ser. 4u in Tampa, FL is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to design, develop and deploy customer-centric communications across Acquisition, Retention and Base CRM programs.

The role demands hands-on SFMC, HTML/CSS and data extensions, with hybrid work and one in-office day per month. You will build emails, journeys, automations, cloud pages, and segmentation, while collaborating with Engineering, BI, Analytics, Legal and Marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years SFMC development experience.
• HTML/CSS coding without a WYSIWYG interface.
• Strong knowledge of data extensions and segmenting.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Familiar with Agile and JIRA workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy personalized communications across channels.
• Build emails, SMS, push, segmentation and journeys.
• Create and manage customer lifecycle programs.
• Build emails, templates, forms, and dynamic blocks with Content Builder.
• Create and update customer journeys using Journey Builder.
• Create automations in Automation Studio and cloud pages in Web Studio.
• Collaborate with Engineering, BI, Analytics, Legal, and Marketing.
• Document data/process flows and QA validations.
