Job summary

CSL is seeking an Email Developer, CRM to own the technical build, data integration, and deployment of automated donor journeys and campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will translate lifecycle blueprints into personalized, inbox-ready emails using AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL, leveraging Data360 and Health Cloud data to target donors precisely.

Collaborate with Email Designer, strategists, and cross-functional teams to QA, test, and deploy campaigns that drive engagement and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, web development, marketing tech or equivalent.
• 3+ years hands-on technical email development within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proficient in AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS and SSJS.
• Strong SFMC experience with Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio and Data Extensions.
• Experience with SFMC Data Cloud integration and complex B2C segmentation preferred.
• Experience with Jira for sprint planning and workflow management.
• Travel up to 30% as required.
