Job summary

CSL Vifor is seeking an Email Developer, CRM to own the technical build, data integration, and deployment of automated donor journeys and campaign communications within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. In the Digital Experience team you will translate lifecycle blueprints into highly personalized email experiences using AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Marketing Technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on technical email development within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proven proficiency with AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).
• Strong technical experience with SFMC Content Builder, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Data Extensions.
• Experience with SFMC Data Cloud integration and complex B2C audience segmentation preferred.
• Experience working within Jira for sprint planning and workflow management.
• Familiarity with email client rendering quirks, inbox deliverability factors, and accessibility best practices.
