Texas Capital Bank is seeking a strategic Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) expert to lead scalable, data-driven marketing solutions. You will translate goals into technical strategies, manage the SFMC platform and roadmap, and ensure integration with Salesforce and Customer Data Platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years in Product Manager, Data Product Owner, or Business Analyst roles.
• Familiarity with CDPs, Data Cloud, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with CRM systems and analytics tools.
• Strong SQL and data visualization skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Ability to operate at an abstract level and deliver high-impact solutions.
• Business degree (BBA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Translate marketing goals into SFMC data enablement strategies.
• Own SFMC platform roadmap, release management, and governance.
• Be SFMC subject matter expert on automation and deliverability.
• Coordinate between marketing, technology, and analytics teams.
• Define audiences and data mappings in the Customer Data Platform.
• Manage SFMC Automations and Journeys across data extensions.
• Ensure compliant, high-quality customer communications across channels.
