ASH is seeking an Email Marketing & Automation Specialist to advance our email program across membership and meetings. You will serve as SFMC expert, building targeted audiences, journeys, and campaigns, while owning the email content calendar and collaborating with marketing, IT, and program teams.

Candidates should have a bachelor's in a related field and hands-on SFMC experience, SQL, and HTML/CSS for email development. This role emphasizes data quality, targeting, and performance measurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, information systems, data analytics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Experience developing audience segments and using customer, member, or behavioral data to support targeted marketing communications.
• Proficiency with SQL for querying marketing data, managing data extensions, and developing custom audience segments.
• Experience designing, building, testing, and deploying email marketing campaigns.

Responsabilités

• Serve as SFMC expert for segmentation, automation, personalization, and email campaign execution.
• Maintain SFMC best-practices and guidance for internal stakeholders.
• Build and maintain audience segments and SQL queries.
• Design, build, monitor and optimize automated journeys in SFMC.
• Own ASH's email content calendar and coordinate with internal teams.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations.
