Job summary

Bethany Christian Services in Jenkintown, PA seeks a Safe Families for Children Program Supervisor to lead staff and volunteers, implement the mission, and ensure compliance with licensing standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field, 5+ years of leadership experience, and strong supervision, recruiting, training, and program administration skills; travel and driving may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field required.
• Minimum five years of experience in a similar leadership role.
• Experience supervising staff and interns; licensure may be required.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership to implement Bethany’s mission and Safe Families philosophy.
• Provide supervision and performance reviews for staff per licensing standards.
• Recruit, train, and engage volunteers and staff; report on KPIs.
• Coordinate church engagement and build ministry leadership networks.
• Ensure program policies and procedures are followed.
