Job summary

Bethany Christian Services USA LLC is seeking a Program Supervisor for Safe Families to lead program operations, staff supervision, and volunteer management in the Jenkintown, PA area. You will coordinate with national leadership, drive recruiting and training, and ensure adherence to licensing and agency standards.

The role emphasizes fostering a compassionate, faith‑based culture, promoting excellence, and building strong community partnerships while maintaining compliance and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least five years in a similar role.
• Master’s degree preferred and licensure may be required depending on state.
• Experience managing staff or interns is required.
• Strong public speaking, networking, recruiting, and program administration skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with National Safe Families leadership to implement Bethany’s mission.
• Attract and retain quality staff following HR policies and practices.
• Provide supervision and performance reviews per licensing regulations.
• Participate in policy development meetings and staff conferences.
• Oversee volunteer recruitment, training, vetting, and reporting.
• Supervise hosting and family activities, with documentation in databases.
• Support quality assurance and fidelity measures across programs.
• Grow church engagement and leadership networks to recruit volunteers.
• Maintain strong cross‑department communication and resource direction.
