Job summary

CSL, a leading biopharma company, seeks a Director of US Business Analytics to guide data-driven strategy for the US Marketing Leadership Team. You will shape analytics priorities, build advanced tools, and partner with US VP Marketing to deliver insights that drive portfolio decisions and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field; MBA or similar preferred.
• Minimum 12 years Healthcare or Pharma consulting experience with stakeholder influence.
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage CSL leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of US business, legal, regulatory requirements.
• Experience leading teams in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment.
• Experience with specialty/rare disease data and multi-source data integration.

Responsibilities

• Define analytics priorities and operating plans to support commercial strategy.
• Lead and develop analytics tools to address complex business problems.
• Provide quantitative market, competitor and brand insights to leadership.
• Manage analytics teams for CSL inline portfolio across HAE and Ig products.
• Drive data modeling, scenario analysis and KPI dashboards for performance.
• Lead continuous improvement in analytics approaches and team capability.
