Job summary

Waste Harmonics Keter is seeking a Planning & Reporting Manager in Stamford, CT to drive data-driven decision-making within the Commercial Operations team. You will own the SFDC platform, develop robust reporting frameworks, and oversee strategic planning with a focus on pipeline, revenue, and CRM data governance.

You will bridge commercial teams and technology, delivering actionable insights, building data models, and leading forecasting efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business analytics, data science, finance, or related field.
• 7+ years in reporting, analytics, or FP&A, preferably in commercial operations.
• Strong Excel skills, financial modeling, and pivot tables.
• Experience with SQL for data queries.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce objects, data governance, and reporting.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end reporting and planning processes.
• Experience as Salesforce owner or power user in a commercial setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports, including Salesforce dashboards.
• Create standardized reporting templates using SFDC as primary data source.
• Lead development of operational and financial forecasts with Sales, Finance, and Operations.
• Support scenario planning with data models for various outcomes.
• Align reporting with business strategy and market conditions.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to define performance metrics.
• Own the Salesforce data model including accounts, opportunities, contacts, and custom objects.
• Define data standards, picklists, and naming conventions across teams.
• Translate workflows into Salesforce processes like lead-to-cash and opportunity management.
• Drive CRM adoption through training and documentation; monitor adoption metrics.
