Job summary

Waste Harmonics Keter in Stamford, CT is seeking a Planning & Reporting Manager to lead data-driven decision making within Commercial Operations and own the SFDC platform, developing reporting frameworks and forecasting models.

You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to deliver dashboards, standardize reporting, govern data, and ensure SFDC remains the single source of truth for pipeline, revenue, and customer data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
• 7+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, or financial planning within commercial operations.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and pivot tables.
• Hands-on SQL for querying large datasets.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce objects, relationships, and reporting.
• Data governance knowledge and experience with governance standards.
• Proven ability to design end-to-end reporting systems and planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports, including Salesforce dashboards, to track KPIs.
• Lead forecasting in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Standardize reporting templates with SFDC as primary data source.
• Govern data standards, data quality, and CRM adoption initiatives.
• Translate business requirements into Salesforce processes (lead-to-cash, etc.).
• Collaborate with senior leaders to define metrics and drive performance improvements.
