Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, program management, operations, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting data, analytics, technology, or other cross-functional business teams.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and project lifecycle coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable updates.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using project management platforms such as Jira, Asana, Linear, Notion, or similar tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Ability to build effective relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple Data & Insights projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables remain on track.
• Lead recurring stakeholder meetings by preparing agendas, documenting key decisions, tracking action items, and providing timely follow-up.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming requests, triaging work and coordinating priorities before escalating to leadership.
• Maintain visibility into active projects, dependencies, risks, milestones, and resource needs.
• Partner with the Data & Insights Manager to support project prioritization and identify capacity constraints.
• Track project progress and proactively communicate updates, risks, and blockers to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Product, Operations, and other business teams.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, meeting notes, process documentation, and knowledge repositories.
• Help standardize project management practices, documentation, and team workflows.
• Support onboarding by documenting project context, business processes, and team procedures.
• Build strong working relationships across departments to improve communication and collaboration.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve project coordination, reporting, and operational efficiency.
