Job summary

Waste Harmonics Keter is seeking a Project Coordinator, Data & Insights to organize cross-functional initiatives, track timelines, and maintain project documentation across the team. You will support prioritization, stakeholder communications, and ensure deliverables stay on schedule.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in project coordination or related roles, strong communication, and experience with Jira, Asana, or similar tools; a collaborative, proactive mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, program management, operations, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting data, analytics, technology, or other cross-functional business teams.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and project lifecycle coordination.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable updates.
• Exceptional organizational, planning, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using project management platforms such as Jira, Asana, Linear, Notion, or similar tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Ability to build effective relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized with strong follow-through.
• Comfortable working independently while collaborating across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate multiple Data & Insights projects from initiation through completion, ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables remain on track.
• Lead recurring stakeholder meetings by preparing agendas, documenting key decisions, tracking action items, and providing timely follow-up.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming requests, triaging work and coordinating priorities before escalating to leadership.
• Maintain visibility into active projects, dependencies, risks, milestones, and resource needs.
• Partner with the Data & Insights Manager to support project prioritization and identify capacity constraints.
• Track project progress and proactively communicate updates, risks, and blockers to stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Product, Operations, and other business teams.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, meeting notes, process documentation, and knowledge repositories.
• Help standardize project management practices, documentation, and team workflows.
• Support onboarding by documenting project context, business processes, and team procedures.
• Build strong working relationships across departments to improve communication and collaboration.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve project coordination, reporting, and operational efficiency.
