Job summary

Gensler is seeking a Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruiting for our Northwest Region. This role will be based in our San Francisco office, working closely with studio leadership and the regional talent acquisition team to attract and hire top talent across the region.

Responsibilities include supporting NW hiring, attending recruiting meetings, networking with industry talent, screening applicants, and managing Avature functions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience; Architecture/Design/Engineering/Professional Services preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday and/or Avature CRM experience preferred.
• Proven experience sourcing candidates and leveraging industry networks.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support talent acquisition efforts across the Northwest Region with a focus on San Francisco hiring needs.
• Attend weekly recruiting meetings with hiring managers to discuss current studio hiring needs.
• Network with and engage top industry talent to recruit them to Gensler.
• Partner with the regional talent acquisition team to review applicants for open positions.
• Coordinate and conduct phone screens for qualified candidates.
• Manage Avature recruiting functions, including opening roles, dispositioning candidates, and closing requisitions.
• Consult with Studio Leaders regarding candidate negotiations and offer recommendations.
• Maintain and update compensation and staffing reports related to hiring activity.
