Job summary

Gensler in San Francisco is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruiting for the Northwest Region. This role collaborates with studio leadership and the regional TA team to attract and hire top talent across the region while partnering with leadership and TA colleagues.

Based in the San Francisco office five days a week, the specialist will manage screening, candidate pipelines, and AVature workflows, while supporting compensation discussions and reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience in the target industries.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• HRIS/ATS experience; Workday and/or Avature CRM preferred.
• Proven sourcing ability and industry networks.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Foundational understanding of HR and recruiting practices.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiting efforts across the Northwest Region with a focus on San Francisco hiring needs.
• Attend weekly recruiting meetings with hiring managers to discuss current studio hiring needs.
• Network with and engage top industry talent to recruit them to Gensler.
• Partner with the regional TA team to review applicants for open positions.
• Coordinate and conduct phone screens for qualified candidates.
• Manage Avature recruiting functions, including opening roles and closing requisitions.
• Consult with Studio Leaders regarding candidate negotiations and offer recommendations.
• Maintain and update compensation and staffing reports related to hiring activity.
