Verse Medical, based in New York City, is seeking a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer to shape at‑home care software. You’ll partner with customers and internal teams to define what to build, balancing fast iteration with robust, scalable systems.

The role requires deep experience across backend and frontend stacks, strong SQL skills, and clear communication of complex technical topics. The position offers a hybrid work setup and competitive compensation with equity.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years experience building, shipping, and maintaining full‑stack apps in production.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proficiency in backend (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript) and frontend (React, Vue) technologies.
• Strong command of SQL and designing relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities
