Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager for our San Francisco office. You will own daily operations, manage vendors and the budget, and lead the on-site Concierge and events to reinforce our culture.

You will partner with IT, HR and facilities, blending hospitality with discipline, and requiring hands-on execution as well as systems-thinking. This role is full-time and on-site five days a week in SF.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years in Workplace, Facilities, Office Operations or related fields.
• Experience supporting a high-traffic office with multiple vendors.
• Demonstrated vendor management and budget ownership.
• Ability to provide basic IT troubleshooting and AV support.
• Strong PM skills and event-execution experience.
• Experience managing on-site staff or contractors preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented and independent work style.
• Clear cross-team communication with internal and external partners.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Jira and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily SF office operations to ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality.
• Liaise with building management for facilities, repairs and vendor access.
• Direct the on-site Workplace Concierge and Mailroom Lead; set service standards.
• Maintain office documentation and operational playbooks aligned with global standards.
• Respond to workplace-related requests via Jira, Slack, and email with urgency.
• Manage workplace vendors and the SF budget, tracking spend vs. plan.
• Plan and execute quarterly signature events and annual celebrations.
• Provide first-line IT support and ensure conference rooms and tech are meeting-ready.
