Requirements include a valid Guard Card, being 18+, reliable transportation, excellent customer service, report writing skills, and knowledge of loss prevention and de-escalation. Training will occur in classroom and field locations.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Guard Card.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have reliable method for transportation.
• Must possess exceptional customer service skills.
• CCTV and knowledge of 6-step process of loss prevention.
• Knowledge of theft prevention, conflict resolution, and de-escalation methods.
• Excellent report writing skills.
• Must be able to operate and maintain site specific security programs.
• Must be punctual.
• Previous loss prevention experience is preferred.

Responsibilities
