Job summary

Houlihan Lokey seeks an IT Support Associate to provide general IT/user support at the San Francisco office, servicing local and remote users. You will handle hardware and software installation, user accounts, and AV support to keep operations running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 6+ months in IT, strong communication, and the ability to manage moves and incidents with minimal supervision. Travel to remote offices may be required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months IT experience; 1 year preferred.
• Hardware and software installation and problem resolution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work with in-person and remote users.

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class IT support for SF office and remote locations.
• Troubleshoot incidents across hardware, software, and accounts.
• Configure Windows OS workstations and peripherals.
• Install and support hardware including printers, laptops, mobile devices.
• Support AV equipment in SF office and coordinate with users.
• Manage local hardware inventory.
• Assist remote users with connectivity via VPN or Netskope.
• Administer Windows Active Directory passwords and accounts.
• Move and relocate user devices during moves.
• Occasional travel to remote offices.
• Participate in IT staff meetings.
• Other duties as required.
