Job summary

Houlihan Lokey, Inc. in San Francisco seeks an IT Helpdesk/Support Specialist to provide general IT/user support on Houlihan Lokey applications, operating systems, and hardware, in person and remotely.

Primary duties focus on general IT support and SF office servicing. Responsibilities include troubleshooting incidents, configuring Windows workstations, managing AD, supporting VPN/AV, and assisting with moves and travel to remote offices as needed.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of IT experience, with 1 year or more preferred.
• Thorough understanding of hardware and software installation and problem resolution.
• Strong communications skills and ability to communicate clearly with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide best in class IT support to the SF office and Houlihan Lokey colleagues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IT incidents across hardware, software and accounts.
• Configure and administer Windows workstations and peripheral devices.
• Install, configure and support hardware including printers, copiers, and mobiles.
• Support AV equipment in the SF office and liaise with users and clients.
• Manage local hardware inventory and assist with remote connectivity (VPN/AVD).
• Perform basic Windows AD administration and user moves.
