Spotguide is hiring a Growth & Partnerships Manager to launch and grow our presence in San Francisco. This hands-on, field-based role drives the entire acquisition process—from finding prospects and generating leads to outreach, sign-ups, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management with consumers, creators, and restaurant partners.

The ideal candidate thrives in in-person outreach, is outgoing and self-driven, and understands influencer marketing and the creator economy.

Qualifications

• Must live in or be able to work regularly throughout San Francisco.
• Experience in field sales, partnerships, or creator management.
• Ability to generate leads and close new accounts.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation, outreach, sign-ups, onboarding, and relationship-building across consumers, creators, and restaurant partners in San Francisco.
• Manage full sales cycle: lead generation, outreach, demonstrations, follow-up, closing, and onboarding.
• Develop relationships with communities and organizations to drive recurring adoption and activation.
• Track activity and nurture partnerships to scale usage on Spotguide across three sides of the platform.
