Job summary

RETS Associates in San Francisco is seeking a General Manager to lead a premier Class A office asset (500K SF+) and oversee on-site operations, tenant relations, and financial performance. The GM will coordinate a major capital improvement program while maintaining top-tier tenant experience.

7–10+ years of SF high-rise PM experience and a California real estate license are preferred, with mandatory in-office work.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of commercial property management experience with Class A high-rise exposure.
• Experience managing premier assets in San Francisco, including repositioning or major renovations.
• Direct experience coordinating significant capital projects within an occupied building.
• Proven ability to lead on-site teams and manage third-party providers.
• Strong tenant relations and customer-service orientation with hospitality experience.
• Ability to collaborate across construction, leasing, asset management, engineering, and operations.
• Executive presence and communication skills representing ownership with stakeholders.
