Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong financial and operational acumen, with a proven ability to lead multi-year capital forecasting and the execution of high-priority capital improvement projects.
• You will lead project management—from small tenant improvements to complex building projects—and manage vendor relationships to exceed contractual obligations and service standards.
• Ability to communicate sensitive information, set performance expectations, and resolve problems at scale.
• Leadership skills to motivate the team toward operational targets across multiple disciplines.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, including training, evaluations, and coaching.
• Coordinate and manage daily team activities, set work schedules, and cross-train staff.
• Respond to high-profile tenant needs and issues.
• Direct multi-year capital forecasting and oversee full project lifecycle to deliver on time and on budget.
• Manage third-party vendor relationships and ensure adherence to SLAs.
• Serve as owner representative, preparing and delivering reports to property owners.
• Develop and control annual operating and capital budgets with monthly variance reports.
• Assist in creating programs for emergency recoveries.
• Prepare and approve legal notices and coordinate legal actions as necessary.
• Review rent and common area maintenance recoveries for timely payments.
