Job summary

Hoxton Circle is seeking a Human Resources Director to build and run HR for its San Francisco office. This solo role reports directly to firm leadership and owns the full cycle from onboarding through benefits and vendor management.

You will partner with senior leadership daily, drive ownership, and expand the role as the company scales. Compensation is strong and bonuses are available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HR generalist owning full operational scope of a function, not just the strategic side.
• Comfortable working solo, with no team to delegate to.
• High discretion and sound judgment.
• Willing to work in a San Francisco office five days a week.
• Open industry background.

Responsibilities

• Full employee lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding.
• Compensation data and tracking.
• Benefits administration and PEO vendor management.
• Day-to-day HR partnership with firm leadership.
• Building out processes and structure as the firm grows.
