You'll own the full operational range of the function, from onboarding through benefits and vendor management, while working closely with senior leadership day to day. Real ownership, direct executive access, and room to grow the role's scope as the firm scales.

What you'll own:

• Full employee lifecycle, offer letters through offboarding
• Compensation data and tracking
• Benefits administration and PEO vendor management
• Day to day HR partnership with firm leadership
• Building out process and structure as the firm grows

What we're looking for:

Compensation:

$165,000 to $175,000 base, plus 10 to 15% bonus, flexible for the right candidate.
