Job summary

Hoxton Circle in Manhattan, NY seeks a Director of Human Resources to lead the people function end-to-end. You will partner with the CFO and senior leaders to shape people strategy, culture, and operating rhythm while overseeing compensation, benefits, HR operations, and employee relations.

You will manage a lean HR team (2 direct reports) and scale processes across a high-visibility, creative organization, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership of a full HR function.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and managing benefits renewals.
• Hands-on in a fast-paced, creative business with complex stakeholder needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy with executive team and align with business goals.
