Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Technical Program Manager for its Enterprise team in San Francisco. You will lead the technical strategy and execution behind AI-powered enterprise products and shared capabilities, translating customer needs into actionable plans and guiding architecture across applications, platforms, and infrastructure.

You will collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to drive adoption, ensure deployment readiness, and balance near-term customer needs with long-term

Qualifications

Experience leading complex technical programs across enterprise software, cloud platforms, developer products, or AI systems.
Strong technical acumen across full-stack product systems, APIs, and enterprise integrations.
Understanding enterprise requirements such as SSO, SCIM, RBAC, audit logging, data residency, compliance, and admin controls.

Responsibilities

Drive technical strategy and execution for enterprise product and AI workflow initiatives from design through implementation, launch, and rollout.
Partner with engineering teams to influence architecture, interfaces, and tradeoffs across full-stack products and shared platform systems.
Translate enterprise requirements into actionable priorities across AI workflows, permissions, data access, identity, security, and deployment readiness.
Represent the needs of enterprise buyers and IT teams in product and technical decisions.
