Qualifications

• 8+ years in program management, operations or support engineering with scalable processes.
• Experience shipping tools/automations that reduce manual work across teams.
• Treat LLMs as co-developers and translate ideas into code or queries.
• Strong cross-functional relationships with Product, Eng, and Ops.

Responsibilities

• Lead support delivery programs for Tier 3 frontline delivery for strategic customers.
• Define experience, stand up the program, run pilots and rollout, maintain playbooks.
• Design internal support initiatives including specialization, quality, and launch supportability.
• Coordinate requirements with internal build owners and systems partners.
• Lead tools/automation projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Scale AI-powered workflows across support operations to reduce manual work.
• Collaborate across teams to reduce friction and improve customer satisfaction.
• Help shape vision and long-term strategy of the new team.
