Job summary

Succeed ABA is an ABA Therapy provider for children with Autism in Indiana, delivering primarily in-home 1:1 therapy. We hire both Experienced and Entry-Level behavior therapists, including Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

We emphasize strong supervision and ongoing trainings to ensure high-quality care. We offer a supportive, organized environment with clear expectations and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with autism is required.
• Effective English communication; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and presentation preparation.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency.
• Provide feedback to parents/guardians on daily activities.

The Succeed ABA team approach consists of constant trainings and support, so that each therapist can provide services with the highest level of care.

At Succeed ABA, we value the dedication and work of each therapist, which is why we offer a high hourly pay rate of $18.00- $28.00 per hour.

Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider in Indiana. We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. What is a Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT)?

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) uses prompting and positive reinforcement to help individuals with autism develop and build upon skills that will help them be as independent as possible throughout their lives.
