Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-person, community-based therapy in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. The role offers flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time positions and hourly pay ranging from $22 to $28.

The RBT will provide ABA interventions, collect and analyze data, and collaborate with supervisors to ensure high-quality care for children with Autism. Prior experience is helpful, and a 40-hour or certified program is required.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or completion of a 40-hour course is required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is preferred.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback, follow instructions, and ask questions.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and presentation preparation.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency of the program.

Job Responsibilities
