Job summary

Succeed ABA Therapy in Indiana is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism, ages 1–21, under BCBA supervision. You will implement evidence-based interventions, collect data, and communicate progress with families.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification from BACB is required.
• Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation is required.
• Experience working with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
• Strong English communication, both verbal and written; Spanish speaking a plus.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
• Ability to collaborate with team or work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and presentation of results.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure consistency.
• Provide feedback to parents/guardians about daily activities of the client.

About Succeed ABA:

Succeed ABA is an ABA Therapy provider for children with Autism. We hire both Experienced and Entry-Level behavior therapists, as well as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The Succeed ABA team approach consists of constant trainings and support, so that each therapist can provide services with the highest level of care. At Succeed ABA, we value the dedication and work of each therapist, which is why we offer a high hourly pay rate of $18.00- $28.00 per hour. Succeed ABA is a leading Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy provider in Indiana. We provide primarily in home 1:1 therapy to individuals with Autism ages 1-21. What is a Registered Behavior Therapist (RBT)?

Under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) uses prompting and positive reinforcement to help individuals with autism develop and build upon skills that will help them be as independent as possible throughout their lives.
